ASTROLOGY NEWS UPCOMING EVENTS |

"The best time to plan a book is while you're doing the dishes." – Agatha Christie, Virgo Agatha Christie perfectly expresses Virgo's renowned synthesis of detailed analytical creative thinking, work ethic and earth-centered pragmatism – and the profound truth that much creative thinking occurs beneath the surface while everyday chores occupy the conscious mind. What configuration(s) best indicate Christie's penetrating, intricate criminal plotting in her 66 detective novels, 14 short story collections, and the world’s longest-running play – The Mousetrap? * *Venus in Scorpio is deeply curious about psychology and the heights and depths of human nature; especially the archetypal intersection of passion, money and crime. It ideally finds creative or professional avenues for expressing those natural fascinations (a good detective or investigative journalist), for instance. Venus' square to Jupiter in Aquarius predicts the unexpected twists and turns in Christie's astonishing constructions (and her private romantic life!). Mars conjunct her Ascendant in Sagittarius points to writing, publishing and travel (mental and intellectual as well as physical adventures), as does her 9th House Sun in Virgo square her Mars-Ascendant in Sagittarius of publishing. But no configuration tops Neptune and Pluto conjunct and retrograde in Gemini (writing, communication, mystery, crime, scandals and secrets exposed) – in Agatha Christie's 6th House of Psychological Self-Integration. Plus that conjunction of powerful collective archetypes completes her Grand Air Trine with her Moon and Jupiter in her vocational / financial 2nd-6th-10th House Triad. |

Astrology NOW! | |||
Organization and prioritizing are essential to stay on top of fast-changing daily chores and work routines. Beneficial trends at work and future opportunities are opening up and exciting – but you may have to start juggling several balls at once. Working with new co-workers or a new team on a particular project; getting a new computer; expanding your self-employment ideas and business – possibly even writing, publishing, travel or important contacts at a distance – all these and more signal that you're starting down a new road. But it's easy to float around in dreams and hopes and get distracted from present responsibilities. It's also easy to forget the bigger, longer-range picture when faced with possible disappointment, confusion or uncertainty about how to proceed. But keep talking, exploring, negotiating, refining your approach. Others may be testing your commitment for where you see yourself in five years. Be ready to pass the test. You also want to sidestep arguments and controversies for a couple of weeks. And avoid impulsive or extravagant decisions. It's a great time to escape somewhere, if you can fit it in with your schedule – and budget carefully. R & R can be inspirational these two weeks! |

ASTROLOGY AROUND THE WEB |

" In an article for Correlation magazine, a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Astrological Association of Great Britain, Westran describes the successful replication of his ground-breaking 2005 study that found progressed synastry aspects (alignments) involving the Sun and planet Venus showed up prominently at the start-up of relationships in the progressed birth charts of 1,300 celebrity couples. In the 2005 study the astrologer calculated the odds at 900,000 to one against the likelihood that major Sun/Venus alignments occurred by chance at the start-up of relationships. And this number spiked wildly as the results were replicated years later in 2019." |

Declinations are an excellent method of forecasting social change. This webinar will examine planetary declination from the perspective of larger social programs like Medicare, Social Security as well as various charts like the Euro chart, USA chart, etc to show how on a larger global scale we can pinpoint more precise moments of change. This is a special webinar to raise funds for the Alexandria iBase Project - a project to create an international catalog of catalogs for astrological materials - one place to discover the wealth of materials from libraries around the world. And, to be able to search this material using astrological terms! (The Library of Congress has only 2 numbers to covers the entirety of astrology). Kepler College helped found this project and beileves strongly in its importance to the entire astrological community. www.alexandriaibase.org |
