February 13, 2016 from 1:00-3:00 PM PST / 4:00-5:30 PM EST

It has been long surmised that cosmic energies effect the expression of not only a person’s persona, but also their appearance. In this session we will take a look at astrological physiognomy, the traits characteristics of the face and body, in relation to the signs, planets and elements. There is a little known yet long history of this fascinating area of astrological theory.  What manifests in the mind also manifests in matter.

You will learn:

  • The history of Astro-physiognomy
  • Elemental/astrological theory of the Chinese study of Mein Shiang
  • Some strong traits connected to elements and planets
  • The ramifications within science with possible proof non-subjective evidence

vonOhlhausen Russell Russell (R.L. Ohlhausen) has practiced a mix of Western, traditional & scientific astrology for over 15 years. As a writer and researcher, his work reflects a longtime study of astrological systems, quantum sciences, mathematics, alchemy, astrophysics, religion and mythology—and what they reveal about the nature of human consciousness. His primary astrological focus is on the unification of the current state of ‘scientism’ with the ancient wisdoms of natural science & philosophy.

Previously, he studied history and psychology at Texas A&M/Navarro. True to his very eclectic nature Russell served briefly in the U.S. Navy, worked in event planning (including events for two U.S. presidents), worked in the legal field, attainted his insurance license and also consults & directs as an architectural designer for sustainable dwellings. Having been orphaned in adolescence himself, also has spent time volunteering at orphanages & youth facilities in Asia (Tibet & Nepal).

He is also originator of the Fibonacci-Zodiac Theory, the creator of the Zodiac Photo Project dedicated to preserving images of zodialogical architecture, art and archeology; he is the creator of Zodiac Faces-Physiognomy Study revealing that the planets effect not only our psyche but also physical form (samples of the study and collection are shown in social media). Russ teaches through Kepler College and the University of Texas Informal Classes. He is the Project Director for ARC-Astrological Research Collaborative natal database collection, a cooperative initiative with the Kepler Institute, of which he is currently the head of the advisory board.
