Cornelia Hansen, MA in Early Childhood and in Clinical psychology. She is a Licensed MFCT (Marriage, Family, Child Therapist) and has been in practice for 17 years.
Cornelia has also been an astrologer for over 40 years. She was taught by Joan McEvers and Marion March. She was a teacher for LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District in the Early Childhood Center for 25 years. She also taught English, Psychology and Humanities in high school for 9 years. Cornelia wrote the Kidwheels column for Aspects Magazine on children’s charts for three years.

Instructor Charlie Obert is a student of astrology since high school and has studied and practiced both modern and traditional astrology techniques. He teaches workshops and leads study groups on traditional astrology. Charlie is the author of An Introduction to Traditional Natal Astrology and Using Dignities in Astrology, which are currently being used as textbooks at Kepler College. His teachers included Dr. Benjamin Dykes and Chris Brennan.
Charlie's current focus is working on how traditional and modern astrologers can complement and learn from each other. He has a twice-monthly blog on astrology topics on his website at https://studentofastrology.com.

Madalyn Hillis-Dineen, C.A. NCGR, is a nationally-known astrologer. She began her study of astrology with the Uranian system in 1979 and has taught, lectured, and practiced Uranian (Symmetrical Astrology) techniques for more than 30 years. Marcos Patchett is a practicing medical herbalist and medical astrologer. He is currently the principal clinical supervisor for Middlesex University’s herbal medicine BSc & MSc courses. He is particularly interested in the real-world practical application of astrology, specializing in medical and horary astrology, which he uses primarily as an adjunct in the treatment of private herbal medicine clients.
Marcos achieved a scholarship to study herbal medicine at Middlesex University in 2001, was awarded the Herb Society’s national ‘Best 3rd year student’ Prize in 2004, graduated from Middlesex in 2005 with first class honours, and received the Elsevier publisher’s prize for herbal pharmacy.
Marcos also gained the London School of Astrology’s Certificate in 2006, since when he has developed his knowledge of traditional astrology through reading, home study, and experience in practice. Marcos is currently writing his first book on the medical history and usage of chocolate.

Instructor Kenneth Miller, BA in Anthropology, Psychology, and Religious Studies from University of Colorado: Boulder; MA in Eastern and Western Traditions: The History, Philosophy and Transmission of Astrology from Kepler College; Kenneth D. Miller has an MA in Eastern and Western Traditions: History and Transmission of Astrology from Kepler College. He is currently serving as President of Kepler College and is on the board of ISAR. Awarded Jyotish Medha Shree from ICAS, Jyotish Kovid from CVA, and Levels I & II Certification from ACVA. Based in San Diego, he maintains a practice as a consulting astrologer. He is the author of Mars: Passion or Strife-The Confounding Influence of Culture on Astrology, and the forthcoming new translation/commentary of On the Bright Fixed Stars by Anon of 379 (with Andrea Gehrz).
After years of having his newspaper horoscope read to him by his mom, Kenneth D. Miller made the shocking discovery that all the planets were involved in astrological judgments. At age 13 he taught himself how to cast a chart by hand. This began a lifelong interest in astrology and astrological traditions. He remained an amateur western astrologer studying with various teachers until the mid-1990s, when he was exposed to Indian (Vedic) astrology, and after a few years decided to make a mid-life career switch to become a professional astrologer.
